About
This is the journal of Antonia Hyde. I am a freelance web designer and consultant, with focus on learning disability, cognition, inclusion and accessibility.
I am based in London, UK but my work takes me all over the country and abroad.
I have 11 years experience of working with people with learning disabilities (also known as intellectual disabilities).
Before now, I worked with the UK disability charity United Response and prior to that I worked in television.
Who I work with
I work with a wide range of clients. They range from the voluntary sector to top FTSE companies.
What I do
- Design websites
- Provide consultation on making things accessible
- Work with people with learning disabilities to provide consultation on making
things more accessible for them. This includes including website reviews, focus groups and user testing, simplification of content, visualisation of content.
